HAPPINESS! Now that the days are getting shorter and the nights are getting longer…. our pituitary glands are going into a biochemical form of hibernation…. Dialing down the production of mood elevating and pain killing endorphins. About five days ago I started noticing that my muscles were starting to ache… And I had an overall feeling of malaise.
