It’s that time of year again…. When the temperatures start to soar and dehydration is a real concern. Did you know that even mild dehydration can take a toll on our moods? Losing as little as 1% of body weight in fluid can lead to a decrease in concentration, mood, energy and memory? But DO NOT wait until you are thirsty! If you are already thirsty…. you are already dehydrated! Keep a bottle handy all day and aim at a minimum of 2 litters daily…. Keep your hydration on and keep happy!!

P.S…. PLEASE REMEMBER TO GO GLASS…..Who needs water sitting in plastic!! YUCK!

P.S.S….. Store less by drinking more! The less you drink the more you retain…. Beat bloat by drinking water!!!
