I am sitting with Miss Pearl…. my beautiful French BullDog while I open up both of our heart chakras. I am using a Healing Crystal Bowl…. otherwise know as a Singing Crystal Bowl… which is 99.992% pure quartz crystal. Crushed quartz (silica) is heated to 4000 degrees and then formed into the perfectly shaped bowl sitting before us. This bowl allows a rich resonate tone that my striking or rubbing the rim with the suede striker… I will be creating a sound that will move through our bodies and will help balance and heal our body, minds and spirits all while opening our heart chakras. Pearl comes running into the room whenever I strike the bowl… she intuitively knows that a healing will take place whenever she she sits in front of it.
Our bodies have a natural affinity to quartz. The human body is composed of many crystalline substances….the blood, bones and DNA are crystalline in structure…. as well as the liquid crystal-colloidal structure of our brains. Even on a molecular level…. our cells contain silica…. which helps balance our electro-magnetic energies, and has the same formula as natural quartz crystal.
There are 7 different sizes of the Healing Bowls…. one for each of our chakras. Crown (head) Third Eye (psychic/intuitive), Throat, Heart, Solar Plexis, Spleen, Root (sexual organs). Each of these chakras responds to a different tone made from a different sized bowl.
Crystal bowls emit a frequency that is said to clear negativity, clear up blockages in the body and soothe the body, mind and spirit. The Crystal Bowls can be used to clean our personal space as well as rooms and houses. The sound will help to even out and balance energy in the home.
